  1. Those are beach resorts that have you pay say $50 per person and then you can eat and drink all you want and usually also includes beach chairs, pools, water toys. It helps when you want to stick to a budget to avoid surprise hidden fees or extra charges.

We tend to spend $100-$200 in a port easily so if we stay on the ship and consider Cheers as an excursion it might be worth it.

That is awesome to know Swayde! Thanks so much! Our ports in December are Belize, Mahogany Bay, Cozumel and Grand Cayman. Are you familiar with any all inclusive beach resorts in these areas? I have tried searching the web with little luck!

  2. Hubby and I are strongly considering purchasing Cheers on our upcoming Halloween, 8-day cruise. Is it definite that you do not have to purchase until the 2nd day? I'm trying to figure out how much it will cost us. We have decided that we will not be getting off the ship in ports due to my knee recovering from surgery and not up to a lot of walking. We typically pay for All Inclusives in ports or spend $100 drinking in bars easily anyhow. I don't see any point in getting it the 1st day since we will have our 2 personal bottles of wine, and a bottle from the steakhouse, plus all that food to eat.

I've also heard the last day doesn't count. So how much would we have to pay? $600, $700 or $800?

I'm curious what the "all inclusives in ports" is... We are newbie cruisers!

  3. Can someone tell me if getting a bed on the Serenity deck is easy? I've had problems on previous cruises getting 2 beds together because of the "bed hogs" The "crabshell" beds look great, but I was wondering how early I'll need to be up to get one!!!

The first 2 days onboard the Serenity deck is empty... Then everyone finds out the secret hiding place and it becomes impossible to find a seat until after sunset. I will add that the Serenity deck was not so quiet.

  4. Is there still a ice cream sundae bar on one of the sea days? I know that there has been in the past!

Also midnight buffet and/or chocolate buffet?

    :p

No sundae bar that I know of? But lido marketplace has a late night selection and the back of the ship offers pizza and other hot items late night, I thought the selection after 9pm was great.

  5. My room is at the end of the ship on the main deck. It is an ocean view window.. Should I have any noise problems ??

I am not sure about noise but my husband and I had the first balcony room on the left of the ship directly under the bridge and it was incredibly windy to the point where we had to bring our patio furniture inside at night.

We did think you could feel more movement at the back of the boat, but not sure about noise.

We cruised on the Breeze in late May. Its a beautiful ship!
