Yokohama port to train terminal for Tokyo

I have booked the Oct 26,2014 cruise with Celebrity from Yohohama to Hong Kong. I am planning to arrive Tokyo a couple days ahead so that I could explore
the famous city. I still have not booked any flight yet. Which airport should I land at Tokyo? Should I stay the 2 nights in Tokyo ir Yohohama?
