Have they priced just a regular room? We were in a canal view room which is less expensive and it was perfectly fine for us. We don't spend a lot of time in room.

Just looked at their website and it looks like they are extending the Summer Sale until July 31st.

My hope is that the shore excursion desk staff on board the ships have this updated information and will work with those of us needing to use this new policy, I will know shortly and report back as we are on the May 13 Quest sailing and I have pre booked 2 tours hoping to rebook them when on board.

On Sunday April 30 I booked a tour in Rome for our sailing in May paying with my credit card. I was frustrated as a tour we wanted in Taormina was soldout and didn't want to risk this happening in Rome. We have an OBC for tours only and I would like to know if they will honor this rebooking policy or do I need to cancel it and rebook it with a May 2 date since you state this is effective May 2.

Is the shore excursion desk open as soon as you board the ship? Can you book the, from the TV or do you have to do it in person? We have an OBC we plan on using for tours.

Does anyone have an idea of what a taxi from Nice cruise port to the Nice airport will cost? Is it easy to find one when disembarking? Is it a cheaper option over using the ships transfer? We are on the May 13 Quest sailing ending in Nice.

I see on the Monaco Port schedule we won't be tendering into the normal Monaco dock on 5/23/17 but will be tendering into Fontvielle instead. It is away from the actual Monaco area. I realize the change is probably due to the Gran Prix that weekend. Will Azamara be providing shuttles into Monaco from Fontvielle?

That is the total cost of the transfer. Yes they do pier to airport transfers. Take a look at their website. Cash payment is discounted.

I booked transfers from the airport to our hotel and from our hotel to San Basillio with Venice Group Services http://www.venicegroupservices.com and they are charging me €50 cash from airport to hotel and €40 cash for transfer from hotel to pier. Since I don't pack light and am trying to avoid the usual drama of dragging suitcases around I thought it was worth the €€'s to start the trip off right.

I just emailed out hotel which is near Piazzale Roma (Hotel Olimpia) to see if there is taxi service from that area to San Basillio pier and there is and the cost is €50 and includes luggage service.

Thank you Bonnie. I know there has been some confusion with the May 5th sailing that's why I wondered about our sailing.

I called LCV yesterday and they told me it is sailing from San Basillo but I am not sure I trust the info just yet. It would be nice to know ahead of time to get plans made to get to the pier.

I have read conflicting reports on where Azamara will be docking in Venice. Will it be the big Marittma or San Basilla? We are on the May 13th sailing. This is a change for the 2017 season. Would you be able to confirm which pier for me?
