Thank you for all the detailed information! It sounds like the kids club may not be the most organized, but my kids are also interested in the foreign language and cooking classes so we'll check it out. I also don't take my kids on vacation only to drop them off at a babysitter, so no big deal to us if it doesn't work out. The tips about skipping formal nights and using the MDR for breakfast/lunch are much appreciated, too. I loathe getting dressed up while on vacation anyway, so we'll just save that suitcase space for something else. I'm glad it was a good trip and we're even more excited now for ours after reading all this!

Thanks for all of this info! We'll be in cabin 9265 when we cruise in July, directly opposite of the cabin you guys stayed in, and I feel better about the location now. (we booked pretty recently - beggars can't be choosers, right?) Also, thanks for the heads up on the dining reservation difficulties. We've been looking forward to all our black card perks, and my other half can't stand frustration like that, so I know now to send him to the water slide with the kids while I figure it out

I'll be very interested to hear what your daughters think of the kids activities and the ship in general. We're going with my two, ages 8 and 11, in July. Really though, anything you can share about the Divina will be great! Thanks so much for this :)

I'm new to Norwegian, too, and also just got that email. I called my PCC who helped me with the booking, and he added the additional offer within 5 minutes! Yay for dining and beverages :D
Atlanta - Barcelona - Turkish Airlines

We did in 2006 and had a great experience with Turkish Airlines. I would fly with them again any time. We're pretty easy to please, but I thought the flight attendants were some of the nicest we've seen, and it didn't hurt that the plane from IST-ATL on the way home was almost empty! We took the opportunity to spend a few days in Istanbul on our way back home, too, and Istanbul is now one of my favorite cities ever. I'm not sure if the safety concerns have gotten any worse over there, but for what it's worth, the airport is fine and seems extremely secure.
