  1. Hi fellow cruisers, we will be in George Town next spring. Since we’ve been to the Caymans a few times before, we’re planning on just walking around and getting a nice seaside lunch. Both Sandbar Daquiri Bar and Grill and Rackum’s are fun looking restaurants in easy walking distance of the tender port. I’d love some input from folks who have been to one or both of them. We love fresh seafood!

  2. We are very excited to be doing our first B2B March/April of 2024 on The Beyond. Thanks to promotions and CC points, we will have a pretty good bit of OBC (although we all know how fast you can go through that). Since it will be a B2B, can you roll any unused OBC (I know, insert laugh here. Kinda like saying you can take the unfinished wine bottle back to your room, but I digress) can you roll any unused OBC over from the first leg of the B2B to the 2nd leg?

  3. We will be in Mykonos on the Edge October 26th. I was hoping to do a day pass at a beach resort or a beach. I'm finding many, many things shut down mid-October in Mykonos, including, Saint John Resort and Anax. I'm guessing that is also the case with many bars and restaurants on the popular beaches. Can anyone with Mykonos experience after the season closes give me some insight on a nice beach day with amenities that late in the year? 

  4. We will be spending some time in Rome and Florence before our October cruise on the Edge. I see that there are direct trains from Florence to Civitavecchia, which we are considering. But I'm finding very little information about getting from the train station to the ship, so I'm turning to the knowledgeable people here to help.

I have read the threads that are now getting dated about the best conch fritters and key lime pie, I was surprised that one of the key lime pie debate threads ended with Halfshell Rawbar beating out Kermits, Blonde Girraffe etc. But that was a few months back. But that could kill two birds with one stone if true. Also has anyone tried Big Daddys for seafood including conch fritters, the menu looked pretty good and it is close to Malory square.
