Just had a call from Customer services and came to an agreed resolution.

It would appear that the East restaurant is not open in the normal format on New Years Eve but the on-line booking system was not changed to reflect this.

Subsequently there is to be a 6 course taster meal with canopies, cocktails and wine for one night only with all guests assembling at 7-pm.

This is being sold at a higher price than that paid by myself but the company are honouring our price. We have accepted and are now looking forward to a great evening.:):):):):)

We went down on the coach from Bolton last year. The coach stopped at the service station at the side of the M6 toll road for approx an hour.

We got the email as well. We sail on the 3rd as well, fly out on the 2nd. Nothing on our CP as well. All our boxes are green. Seems we just have to sit and wait in expectation a lit longer......

We have not been allocated our cabin yet. It would be great if we get an upgrade - especially as it is my birthday on board. Fingers are crossed.
