NCL Sky Review January 2015 in Norwegian Cruise Line Posted March 14, 2015 We have had Yahira as our concierge on 2 different cruise (one in the Med and also in the Bahamas). She remembered us and was always going out of her way to assist if needed. She is the best concierge we have come across.
