Last day... let me know if there’s anything people need photos of or answers to.

I’ll head up to Cavern Club after breakfast.

I’m sure many would love to see the Haven.

Thanks again Doug for taking the time to post and always enjoy your insightful comments.

    See ya on the Encore!

Heard on Kelly & Ryan this morning that Norwegian will no longer be making towel animals for cabins😪.  I enjoy coming in to the cabin at night & being greeted by a cute towel animal.  The staff is so creative & it’s a special touch.  One more cost reduction, boohoo!!

    Has anyone else heard this?

They’re by request now. Just ask your cabin steward. Happy Sailing!

I know that the Joy was redone and going back out this spring.  I just booked for next spring and trying to see if they changed the pool deck.  I have been googling like a crazy lady with no luck.  Anyone have any idea if they changed the pool deck or does it still have all the imitation grass?

    Thanks!

All gone, along with the artificial trees.

This link takes you nowhere.  I researched this and the only information I find are posts on Cruise Critic.

Does anyone have a link to a real article?

I just checked the NCL website and they have tons of cruises to Cuba still listed.  So does Viking Ocean, Silver Seas, Royal Caribbean.

Post 28 has a link to a pretty good article .

There is a more up to date thread on Joy here

Also, be on the lookout for live reviews from the Joy starting in early May.  Maybe even from Birdie.

I believe if your a "Haven Guest" then you don't have to worry. From what I've heard they will take care of you no matter how busy the terminal is or whenever you arrive. I too am traveling via Haven and want to see how this whole Haven thing is all about. Can't wait!!!

My limited experience (Miami, New Orleans, Barcelona) the Haven experience begins after security. If there are lines at luggage drop off or to enter the terminal or at security, being Haven is no help. Of course these areas are controlled by the port authority.

I agree especially when traveling out of NYC in April..first 2 days are too cold to be in there...and the last day back, so half your time may be too cold to take advantage..i agree 209 is getting over the "reasonable" line...

Thanks for reporting back, I’m sure it will be helpful to others.

Even when Escape sailed out of warm Miami there was always one day, and usually two days, that Vibe was usable because of high winds. My wife and I thought it was a no-brainer to get Vibe passes a $99 or even $129 but no way at $209 each.

False. All you have to do is ask.

I stand corrected, good to know!

Your original answer was totally unhelpful. Why respond with a non answer?

OP ,  apparently all you have to do is ask for a no perks price for a cabin  you’re interested in.

First I’ve heard of it so don’t know where you ask.
