We are on the Jan. 28 cruise to Hawaii. There will be 11 of us interested in the Chef's Table. Some have food "preferences" and are worried about the menu. Another has a sea food allergy. Several previous posts indicate that accommodations are made for this. If we are accepted, do we complete a form to inform the staff as is done on Carnival? Will this affect our being selected? Thanks in advance

Thank you Keith. The reason I asked the question is that the documentation specifically says 10. Since we will be getting priority boarding, I will go to the Maitre d right away. Thanks again for the info.

Recently, changes were made to the wine list, bar list, gratuities, PDP, etc. Is there a current list of the wines served at the various bars and in the MDR and their prices? What are considered the "house wines"? Thanks in advance.

There will be 9 family members joining us on the cruise and we are interested in the Chef's Table dinner. Does anyone know if the Chef's Table will accommodate 11 people instead of 10?

We have booked the Grand Suite (B748) on the Star Princess. The Amenities list shows "Complimentary Mini-bar setup on embarkation day". Can anyone tell me what is included? Does it include full bottles/half bottles of liquor/wine? Do we make our own selections? If so, when? Thanks in advance.

Does anyone know when the Star Princess goes into dry dock for refurbishment? We heard that it is the fall of 2018 but don't know if this is true. If so, have they announced what changes are to be made? Thanks.
