Now I am really excited about my first cruise since Covid.  It will be on the Harmony.  I am taking my two granddaughters to celebrate my 80th birthday but not until August.  I had a March cruise booked on Princess but it was cancelled by the cruise line.  My husband and I were true cruisers but he died in April so I may need to book a cruise before August. 

What is the best company to use to pick us up from the Embassy Suites near the Miami airport and take us to Port Everglades to get on a cruise?

Can you bring pop and/or water onboard?

Does anyone know what the cost would be for a taxi from Long Beach Airport to the Crowne Plaza Plaza Hotel in San Pedro? Thanks.

Really enjoyed your segway tour of Old San Juan. We wandered around the old city before the start of our only Celebrity cruise, on the Meridian, which left from San Juan. I regret that we didn't have time to see El Morro. Your photos inside the walls are terrific. I need to go back someday and explore this National Historic Site.

Our very first Celebrity cruise was on the Meridian in 1996! We have now sailed 235 nights on Celebrity and are sailing on the Silhouette TA this year. We also sail on Princess and have 129 nights with them. This review is wonderful and makes me want to book another cruise today!

Does anyone know if/when the Caribbean Princess is scheduled for refurbishment? Thanks in advance.

Does anyone know when or have any idea when Princess will release the dates/itineraries for their 2016 transatlantics and Europe cruises? Some of the other cruise lines have released theirs but I don't see Princess. Thanks.

We are Elite Plus on Celebrity and are wondering if that makes us Diamond + on RCCL. Our cruise documents on the Allure in February say we are Diamond. Does anyone know?

We haven't been to the Caribbean in quite a few years as we have been taking longer cruises to Europe, South America, Asia, etc. where we always get dressed up for formal nights so I am wondering if folks were wearing tuxes to dinner on formal nights? We will be on the Allure in February. Thanks.

Which airport is closer to the LA Port - Long Beach Airport or LAX?

I have the same question except in reverse. We are getting off the Allure in Fort Lauderdale and going to the Port of Miami to get on the Eclipse on the same day. Any suggestions for transportation would be greatly appreciated.

We are cruising on February 8, 2015 on the Allure OTS from the Fort Lauderdale Port and will then go to the Port of Miami and get on the Eclipse cruise on February 15! Is anyone else going from the Fort Lauderdale Port to the Port of Miami on February 15 and if so, do you want to share a ride? I have just started researching options but know it would be cheaper with more people making the trip.

We are flying to Lima, then flying to Cusco, then back to Lima and on to Santiago. I know there is a Reciprocity fee when landing in Santiago ($160) but is there a departure tax that you pay when leaving Lima? Thanks so much.

We are going to MP before we get on the Golden Princess on March 15, 2014 in Valparaiso. I have been making the travel arrangements myself so hope I make the right decisions. We will fly to Lima on March 7 and spend six nights doing Cuzco/Mp and then fly to Santiago and spend one night before going to Valparaiso and getting on the ship. If anyone has helpful tips, please share!! Sue

I have been on Perurail.com trying to at least get prices for tickets for March 2014 and every date I put in is unavailable, even dates in 2013. Does anyone know the problem or if all the tickets are already sold out? We intend to go to MP before our cruise on March 15, 2014 so I would like to get my train tickets before making any other plans. Thanks for any insight! Sue
