P&O list details of what happens if the customer cancels a cruise booked using FCC, but details are a bit vague about what happens if P&O cancel the cruise.

Is the FCC amount just reallocated back to the customers account (100%), or is "additional FCC" applied to the amount, meaning that 125% is put in the customers account (if the cruise was booked using FCC and cancelled by P&O)?

I understand that you can purchase Litre bottles of Spirits (Not Duty Free) from the In Cabin Directory, to be consumed during the cruise, in your cabin. I cannot find a list of Spirits / Prices, but would like to know about availability / prices BEFORE I board the ship. Any help / links, will be greatly appreciated. :)

I am going to Le Havre in September, and rather than go on an escorted tour, I thought it will be cheaper to take a Taxi, from the port to Honfleur. Any idea on current prices, per taxi?
