We are doing a seven day southern cruise and I was wondering what currency to bring. We are from Canada and I assuming with the exchange rate tha brining American dollars us best?

We are sailing on the Adventure of the seas in September. When we booked they mentioned we are Crown and Anchor gold members as we have been on a couple cruises with Roayl. Apparently we will receive some sort of coupon book for various things throughout the cruise when we arrive. We will be purchasing a drink package......does anyone know what kind of coupons this book may have. Thanks in advance

Hello, the day of departure our flight gets into San Juan at 4:00 pm and our Ship leaves at 8:30 p.m. After getting our luggage will we have enough time to grab a taxi at that time and get to the ship on time? I read it is only about 6-8 miles to ship from the airport. Should I consider doing a transfer with Royal to be sure we make it on time?

I have booked a 4 day cruise in March with RC in the Enchantment of the Seas and I have been getting mixed information about the drink packages and if they include gratuities as of now. I was under the impression RC has changed its policy and that we now have sign for ALL DRINKS and you are now able tip per drink. Rather then in the past you would only sign for drinks that were NOT included in your drink pacake. Can someone let me know what the policy is now for the drink package?

Thanks for all the responses... to answer some questions or to clear up some questions.. We are coming in the day of the cruise around 9:30 a.m. I not comfortable driving in the US never done it and just don't want the added stress of fiquring out the roads etc. I also don't want to wait around to pick up a rental car.. we were in Flordia last year and we waited quite a while to get a rental car. I am not opposed to doing sharing a shuttle, the more the merrier or taking a non-shared car. Jsut want a nice safe friendly company to start and end my vacation off nicely.

Do you know what the average cost should be?

I'm doing a 4 day Bahamas cruise at the end of March. I'm going with my sister and am trying to make things as stress free as possible. We're thinking of taking a car service or cab from the airport to the boat and back. Can anyone recommend a company and what the cost should be. Thanks
