Debraannmiles Posted August 1, 2018 #1 Share Posted August 1, 2018 I contacted NCL today, horrible to deal with, cruising with them for years, asked for different floor do to bed bugs reported on news on 8 th floor, next to room I’m assigned to, they stated more money, just for different floor, with balcony, costing me enough money as it is, I hAve the insurance to, they said it will cost me over 2000.00 to cancel, this is terrible, also put a upgrade bid in for 3 different suites, my last cruise with NCL, I don’t understand how rude they can be.
