Need advice on alternative

I was booked to go on the Seabourn Pride in December 2005 for the Grenadines/Orinoco River Cruise but that has now been changed to a private charter. There seems to be very few alternatives. There are a couple of 7-day cruises from Barbados to Fort Lauderdale that seem to involved a lot of sea days. I wanted to do a Caribbean cruise but can anyone suggest a good 7-day alternate??

I much preferred the Barbados-FLL cruise that 'we' just did, to the Barbados-Barbados-Orinocco one. I love sea days and we stopped at St Bart's and St Thomas (I didn't get off) and then the wonderful Virgin Gorda with the tours and the barbecue.

I think the sailing ships of Star Clipper and Wind Star are great 7 day Caribbean alternatives. We've been on the Wind Surf and the Star Clipper and enjoyed both experiences.
