SWIFT Pledge?

Have seven weeks (since last weigh-in) to get ready for those summer clothes and..."Swim Suits"! Pledge is over on June 17th!

We can do it..lose some weight, so our summer clothes will fit and look better on us!

Hope you all had a good Saturday..and have a good Sunday..Had fun but didn't eat to much..drank your water and got some exercise in.

Morning Belle! Yes, it is hard to beleive May is here, as it was snowing here this morning.

I'm suppose to be losing 5 to 7.5 pounds during SWIFT, but I'm still up two pounds from the 4/9/04 cruise[img]http://messages.cruisecritic.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_frown.gif[/img] Now I'm having health issues. I will be wearing a swim suit this summer, if it gets warm enough, as I'm still down 75 pounds from 1/1/03.

Melody..I hear you about getting back on after a cruise. Got off cruise four weeks ago, not as strict as I want to be. Went to gym two days of the weekend but wanted three. Better than none!

We will do it! Know you will, your doing good.."75 lbs" off!

Can't believe it's snowing there! Hate to tell you (but I will) [img]http://messages.cruisecritic.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif[/img] Was 89 here to day, went out to dinner and ate outside, place with a fountain. Was nice. Belle you are such a little brat, 89 wow. Scraped ice this morning but, it is suppose to be nice by the weekend. I hate the 50 degree swings more than the cold or warm weather.

I got off my cruise about the same as you, if I remember right. It has been really hard this time. But you are such a pick me up. I look to your post for a boost. How do you stay so positive?
