About two months ago I started Real Appeal and have lost about 20 pounds (Depends on scale, time of day, and how many clothes I wearing). I still have a ways to go; 30 pounds to make my doctor happy, another 30 to make me happy. For me, its the tracking of food, and the weekly meetings that keep me honest. Anyone tried to do an online session while at sea? I'm guessing that with internet speeds so slow I might have difficulty with that. I plan on staying on tract by not drinking (Much) alcohol, taking the stairs, and I might finally use a gym@sea!
