Best upscale hotel close to Cape Liberty Port

W in Hoboken or the West in Jersey City? Looking for an upscale hotel that has a restaurant and maybe a view that is not terribly far from the cruise port in Bayonne. This would be for one night in March. I am planning on taking a Uber to the hotel from EWR. Any and all suggestions would be appreciated. thank you

Hyatt or Westin in Jersey City. W in Hoboken is fine too. Hyatt is right on the water, so better chance for a view, and is the closest hotel to Cape Liberty.
