Le Verdon to Bordeaux

Hi we will be at Le verdon for a day. Now as far as I know there is not much to do at La Verdon so we decided to take the cruise excursion to Bordeaux. It is a bit expensive and we do not usually take cruise's tours. Do you think its worth it? Its 2 hours bus to and from I think so we ll have four hours at Bordeaux and I was looking at Bordeaux on your own. Any feedback is appreciated.
