Tickets in the Casino on RCCL

We are going on a cruise in February on Liberty of the Seas. I've noticed after reviewing the cruise compass that previous cruisers have posted, there is a drawing, it reads "lotto drawing" on the compass, every night about 10:00 or so. My question is how do you get these "lotto" tickets? Are they something you win, buy, or do they just give them out?

You buy them in the casino. They are just like any states lotto. You can pick your own numbers or do a quick pick where the computer randomly picks them for you
