How early will the free shuttle start running when Oceania overnights in Panama City?

I will be on a Panama Canal transit. The ship looks to drop anchor in the Fuerte Amador port about 8pm and does not sail away until 6 pm the following day. Does anyone know how early the ship tenders will begin running to shore? (Will they begin that evening and run continuously through the night or will they not begin until morning?) Once tendered to shore how early will the "free shuttle" begin running into Panama City? (As early as 7 am?) Thank you in advance!
