HKG Posted September 1, 2009 #1 Share Posted September 1, 2009 Between Skyline or Liberty, which dining room is better? I read in this forum that liberty dining room have more experienced staff than skyline and they use skyline as a training site. Thank you
Louise45 Posted September 1, 2009 #2 Share Posted September 1, 2009 Both were good, we had excellent waiters in both. I liked the Skyline better because they started serving earlier and we could wear shorts!

Eno Posted September 3, 2009 #5 Share Posted September 3, 2009 Just returned from POA and it was fantastic - will be posting all about it (once all my laundry is done).... Out of 7 days - ate 3 times in the Skyline, 1 in Liberty, 2 times in Le Bistro and 1 at the Italian restaurant- food identical in Skyline and Liberty - people tended to dress up more in the Liberty when we were there, longer wait for tables though. Service in the Liberty was slightly better - however it was the first and last night that we ate in the Skyline so everything was a little busier.
