gooselover Posted September 3, 2009 #1 Share Posted September 3, 2009 I have tried for 3 days to place an order on line for our room upon embarkation. I have used two different cards to buy this, and neither one works (nothing wrong with cards!). It keeps telling me to call the department, which I will do tomorrow. I did call the department direct and the lady said there were some problems with the secure servers. It was worth the call, she was very nice and got my order processed in no time at all. misguidedangel Posted September 3, 2009 #4 Share Posted September 3, 2009 I was getting errors and boo boos when I tried, so when I tried agan I looked at the bottom after you add to cart and more info shows up that you need to fill in.
