Brilliance "Laundry Specials"

I'll admit I haven't researched this topic recently, but:

 

I read someone's blog who indicated that on her 12 night Brilliance sailing there were 3 (instead of the previously reported 1) times when you could do an entire bag of laundry for $25 (not the previously reported $20). If I knew this to be the new standard practice, I could downsize on what I bring (as well as my DH's ire over having to carry my bag for me b/c it's too heavy!). Is this the new standard procedure for a cruise of this length? Any info would be helpful.
