Bags to go on southwest

Our ship docks at 8AM in Miami. Flight out of FLL does not leave until 555PM. Has anyone used the Bags to go option with Southwest out of FLL? Any problems? What was the procedure etc? Any help would be greatly appreciated:D

I was researching this for friends in the same situation...flight at 5:10p. I think the Bags to Go only is available if you're at Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, not from Port of Miami.

 

If anyone knows differently I'd love to hear. My friends would be soooo happy if they could use it from POM-FLL!

Yes they do. However, I believe that Cruizin1025 is correct, it is only available from FLL
