Rangiroa excursions: how to call FP numbers from USA

Any suggestions on best excursion in Rangiroa?

 

We do not dive and not strong swimmers so not sure whether we should go for 'Shoot the pass' excursion.

 

In that case: which tour operator besides kia ora (seems like expensive) for:

 

1) Blue lagoon/reef isle or pink sand (I know travel time to and fro is high but we are ok)

 

Also can somebody describe what things are covered in above 2 excursions?

 

I could find tour operator's phone numbers (bit no reviews about the excursions) but no email address. How to call FP numbers from USA? Do I need to use calling cards?
