Honeymoon Deluxe Package Question

I was just wondering, what we needed to do to get this on our cruise, we already put it under our special requests, but I'm pretty sure there is a form we have to fill out, and fax it to princess. What form is it that I need to fill out? Thanks

A little confused here. For the packages, you need to pre-order and pay for the package, they aren't complimentary (or inexpensive). Or am I understanding your post incorrectly?

Having suprised my bride with the package, it was worth while. Toto is correct, it isn't cheap but you don't plan on having another honeymoon. (or do you?:eek:) When the flowers arrived, with the champagne, spa certificates and robes, you'd thought she won the lottery! Well, she did marry me...:D
