park & cruise option with priceline bidding

i have been reading several posts regarding using priceline to get the doubletree or crown plaza when entering 3 1/2 stars & 65.00 bucks. i am stiull not clear regarding the park 7 cruise option. if we book either of these properties with priceline will we be able to use the park & sail option or do you have to specifically book a park & sail package directly witht the hotels? thanks in advance for your help.

With Priceline you are unable to book a Park and Cruise package and must make the booking directly with the hotel. This is particualrly true if you are staying at the Crowne Plaza, however the Double Tree has a large surface lot and are pretty lax about guests parking there...so you may just get away with parking there with a Priceline room. That said when you bid on Priceline you have no idea which hotel you are going to get and odds seem to be stacked in favor of the Crowne Plaza at the $65 level.
