Hi

Will be in San Juan in March from 7.00am until 1.00pm looking for advice.

What are the must sees? Never been before and the town sounds lovely to walk around. I just dont know how much time it will take.

Any help please.

Make sure you take some time to visit El Morro, Old San Juan's famous fort. It is absolutely incredible. Fantastic views of the ocean and great photo opps!

There is a free trolley that can take you around Old San Juan. It will also take you up to El Morro. Here is more info about the trolley.

El Morro can take up about 1-2 hours. Hope this helps!

You could spend many days just walking around in OSJ. Lots to do and see.

Since you are in so early (most things open at 9am), I would start walking to the left from the ship, along the city wall, and up along the water, through the City gate. You can make a quick pit stop to see the statue La Rogativa, then continue up to Cristo St. The Cathedral is in front of you,to the right is pigeon park and the chapel, to the left up hill is El Morro.

Enjoy- you can find nice walking tours on line. The trolleys fill up fast, so plan on walking.
