Catamaran in St. Thomas?

REDWITCH13

Recommended Posts

Our group of 22 will be looking for a excursion on a catamaran while in St. Thomas in May, 2010. We would like it to be some snorkling and maybe a stop on an island to just sit on a beach.:)

We are trying to keep it around $50.00 or so per person, if possible.:p

If anyone has any ideas or has done something like this, please let me know:D

Thanks

Darlene

You are going to have a difficult time finding someone who can accommodate 22 people. Here's the deal. In St. Thomas, which is part of the US even though they drive on the wrong side of the road, if you take more than 6 people on your boat, the operator has to be licensed for more people. Few operators wish to go to the trouble/cost to get the license.

You will have better luck asking this question in the St. Thomas section, if you haven't already asked there.
