When you have obc from stock ownership are there any restrictions as to usage other than casino?? Can it be used against ship gratuities??

Yes it can be used for gratuities, it also can be used as a cash withdraw in the Casino, only difference, you pay a 3& fee for the amount!:)

Yes it goes on your account and good for anything.

3% fee for cash withdraw from Casino and it is a use it or lose it credit, i.e. anything left on account at the end of the cruise is not credited back to your card. In past years it was but on our last cruse we still had a several hundred dollars left toward the end of the cruise. We received a letter telling us that we would lose any unused OBC. We were scrambling to spend the money and ended using some of it to pay gratuities, I felt really cheesy about not giving cash but we ran out of things to buy and I wasn't about to give it away.
