Ruby Sanctuary

Hi! We are travelling on the Ruby in November. My DH read somewhere that you could purchase time at the Sanctuary for the entire cruise at a discount compared to paying each time you go. Has anyone ever done this, or know what the cost might be for a ten day cruise? Thanks!

Thanks for the information!! I'm not sure if we'll do the whole cruise or not - my DH figured since we booked and inside and saved money that way, he might like to have the Sanctuary for the whole trip. I don't think it makes much sense on port days, but we'll see! Thanks again!!

We've opted for window cabins and the Sanctuary cruise long on both the Emerald and the Ruby. Even in the Med. (port almost every day), we'd return to the ship after our excursion and spend some time (a couple of hours) for a snack, cocktail and sailaway. Wouldn't do it any other way now. :D

We were on the Ruby 12-day Grand Med with only 2 days at sea. Daily bookings in the sanctuary opens at 7:15am. 1st sea day my DW got on line at the Santuary at 7:00am and was able to reserve 2 lounges for half day. 2nd sea day I was on line at 7:05am with about 8 people ahead of me. After the first 3 people on line were taken the Sanctuary was sold out for the day. :eek:But not a big deal for us since we were on Caribe deck with an extra large balcony and 4 chairs, 2 of which recline.:) I found the best place to lounge on deck was by the Terrace Pool in the stern. It's adults only and only steps from Outriggers Bar and very near the Horizon Court, and no extra charge for lounging there. ;)
