kstmbjm Posted October 8, 2009 #1 Share Posted October 8, 2009 I travel alone and usually enjoy sitting with others at dinner in the MDR. This year, however, I would prefer to eat alone. I've seen other posts that mention that parties of two can be seated at tables for two if they are on My Time Dining. Have any other solo travelors asked to be seated alone? Are you able to be accomodated? In the perfect scenario, I would eat at around 8:00 each evening, seated alone at a table for two. Also, will I have any problems making a reservation for "just one" at Chops? I assume that if they DO accept my reservation for one, that I would be seated at a table by myself without having to make the request. Any thoughts or experiences along this line would be appreciated.
d5480 Posted October 8, 2009 #2 Share Posted October 8, 2009 I sat alone at a table for two every night on the Navigator of the Seas transatlantic cruise in April. No problem. I made a reservation for the next night as I left the dining room.
Rare silentbob007 Posted October 8, 2009 #3 Share Posted October 8, 2009 You will not be seated with anyone else at the specialty restaurant and you should not have much of a problem at dinner.
