I'm assuming you mean 5/1/10 although you may find a great deal on the 5/1/09 sailing? :)

 

Many will say that using a good Travel Agent is the best way to find the best deal. I personally go directly through Carnival just to avoid TA hassles or issues although this route won't get you the best deal.
