The soda card is $3.95 per day and any bar will sell it to you on the first day.

I think that it works at dinner provided the drink purchased is supplied by a hose gun.

Regarding sales, Deck 3 is reminiscent of an Arab Souk except for the lack of camels with all the tables set up daily throughout the voyage selling all kinds of tat.

 

Cool, thanks - that's very useful to know. I don't recall seeing any mention of the card in the brochure or anything - I'm scouring this forum now, looking out for anything else useful that we don't know yet!

Can anyone tell me if club soda (seltzer) is covered under the soda card, or if this is provided 'free of charge', or is only tap water free?

Club soda is covered, and only tap water is free. I understand one is currently encouraged to buy bottled water, but the "tap" water is just fine.

We spent about $1,700 on our TA. We purchased the 3-day spa passes and had massages on the other days (which include the spa.) We had wine most nights with dinner and before/after drinks. A few photos, extra tips for the cabin person and a few purchases. I broke-even at the casino (which to me is a win.)

 

I thought it was reasonable for what we received.

This soda card, is this for all drinks that are non alcoholic, or more for just fizzy drinks? Would I be able to have fruit juice?

 

Also is squash served on the ship?

Are you going to get the favourable exchange rate Cunard are giving if you go through your TA? I have just called Cunard and got a rate of $1.887 for my OBC.

Anyone can pre-purchase OBC. However, only our UK booking friends get this deal whereby Cunard give them an exchange rate (into U.S$, billed to them in pounds sterling) that is more favorable than the current market rate. Hope this helps.
