Amount of time needed to tender off the Norwegian Star in Cabo

We will be in Cabo San Lucas on Nov. 2nd and am looking into snorkeling trip options. We arrive at 11:00am on the Norwegian Star and the tour that we are interested in leaves the marina at 12:00pm. Does this give us enough time to tender off the ship if we haven't booked a ship excursion?

Tendering at Cabo is always risky timewise because they will tender all those who are taking shore excursions first. That and there can be a problem with a back-up of the tenders at the pier if there are several ships there at the same time. Seems to me that one hour could be a problem.

Its true that when tenders are used they give priority to the booked shore excursions but you can be on the tender with them, heres how....Find the person incharge of security and let them know you need off early with the first tenders, they are incharge of the tenders NOT the ones giving out numbers and having you wait...Been there done that many times...See ya....
