Duplicate bridge lovers on Celebrity

Beware bridge lovers! Celebrity(and RCI) have made a corporate decision to disenfranchise duplicate bridge lovers. ONLY trans-Atlantic cruises will have bridge directors on board. We had five at sea days on a recent New England/Canada cruise with no director. Although there were boards available, front dest refused to include mention of duplicate play in their bulletin and would not deliver a pitcher of water and glasses to the card room they furnished to us! Not nice at all.....

This is old news. - Celebrity discontinued the bridge directors a number of years ago about the same time that they discontinued the gentlemen dance hosts. If they will be on transatlantic cruises, that is a newer development. There wasn't a bridge director on our 05 and 07 transatlantics.
