Rose43 Posted November 27, 2009 #26 Share Posted November 27, 2009 I am a "little" past middle age also and really enjoy Zumba. You can work at your own level. Some of the new routines take a while to learn but a good instructor will see that and walk through them or go a little slower till you catch on. Don't be afraid to try, you'll love it. I had waited for so long for the aqua zumba and when the day came for the interactive demo, couldn't make it. Then decided it was too far to drive anyway. So I am just doing the regular zumba. Good to see people posting on here again. Sharon

Cozzette2 Posted December 30, 2009 #28 Share Posted December 30, 2009 You will love it!! I enjoy working out to Zumba, I am almost 60. It takes a few classes to get the steps so don't lose heart. It gets easier with time. It sure makes the work out fun:D
