Zumba

I am a "little" past middle age also and really enjoy Zumba. You can work at your own level. Some of the new routines take a while to learn but a good instructor will see that and walk through them or go a little slower till you catch on. Don't be afraid to try, you'll love it.

I had waited for so long for the aqua zumba and when the day came for the interactive demo, couldn't make it. Then decided it was too far to drive anyway. So I am just doing the regular zumba. Good to see people posting on here again.

Hello Ladies, I am starting Zumba on Thur. afternoon and I am soooo excited. I am 67 so I hope an old lady can do it. Working hard on keeping weight under control so hope this will be good for that. I also work out at the gym and swim.
