day trip tour to Montserrat via Winair

Has anyone taken this trip? According to flight schedule you can take a 9:10 am from Antigua, but you can't depart Monserrat until 4:00 pm arriving(if on schedule) Antigua 4:20 pm ship leaves at 5:00. Is this enough time?

The ship leaves at 5 - but wouldn't that mean that all passengers have to be on board by 4:30?

With the recent volcanic activity on Montserrat, all of the air tours are telling cruise passengers to not even try to make it to the island - unless you want to get stuck there. :(
