Excursion recommendation

We are going on RCCL Liberty of the Seas soon and are trying to decide between 2 excursions. The first is the Catamaran Sail & Snorkel and the ssecond is Biomaya Canopy Experience. Does anyone have any experience with either or both of these? Any recommendations would be helpful.
