Library Hours - Elation

Is the library open during embarkation? And are they usually open pretty much through the day and evening or are there limited hours?

 

We were recently on the Golden Princess and I NEVER could manage to make it to the library during their VERY limited hours, but yet I seem to remember the Norway being open almost all the time.

The library, itself, is open all the time; however, it is staffed for only one hour each day to get books/games out of the cabinets. I just checked my Capers for last month and most days it is open (staffed) between 4 - 5 pm but on a couple of days it was from 2 to 3 or 3 to 4. It is not staffed at all the day of embarkation. These are the only times you will be able to get the CruiseCritic Log that is in the cabinet.
