Ron Thompson was an entertainer on Celebrity back in 07. He was playing guitar on the back open deck of the Galaxy. He helped make our Westbound Atlantic Crossing even more memorable. I was just wondering if he is still performing on ships and if anyone has run across him. HE sure could pull off some good Santana and Clapton.

Ron Thompson was indeed performing on Celebrity ships after Galaxy. However, I'm sad to say that my friend Ron passed away on the Century, November of last year. There were very few details released, so I don't have any cause or circumstances regarding his passing.

 

He is truly missed by everyone who knew him and loved his music.
