St Thomas vs St Marrtean

Next August we will be sailing on FOS. My husband and brother in law are certified divers. Which is the best island to dive at? They are not interested in going with a ton of other people. Any suggestions on dive shops that can help with this or should they book through the cruise line? Thanks for the advice!

I wouldn't dive St. Maarten again unless the ocean was dead flat calm, and even then I wouldn't expect much.

 

I'd use http://www.admiraltydive.com in St. Thomas. Small boats, personal service and pickup/drop off at the cruise dock.
