tm5to1 Posted November 9, 2009 #1 Share Posted November 9, 2009 Why do the descriptions of the 'Family Suites' mention that they sleep 8, but they'll only let you book 5 people in the room? Is it possible to book the 2 bedroom suites for 6 people?
sharktums Posted November 9, 2009 #2 Share Posted November 9, 2009 If you're talking about the Royal Family Suites on Royal Caribbean they'll let you book with a minimum of 5 and max of 8. Also, sometimes if it's not filling or a less busy time of year they'll let you book them with less than 5 people. I actually think 6 (2 adults and 4 children) would be the perfect amount for those suites.

Not all triples, quads and suites can be booked and occupied to to their limits or the ship will exceed its maximum capacity. So if RCI is only allowing 5 in the RFS, this probably means that (as of now), they are filling other staterooms to their occupancy limits.
