Caye Caulker -- restrooms?

My daughter has as condition much like over active bladder. Are there public bathrooms on Caye Caulker that she could use if we go there for a day? We plan on heading straight for the "split".

I don't know about "public" bathrooms - But we were there 2 weeks ago, as part of an excursion through Coral Breeze. They docked in front of a small hotel/restaurant, and we used the restrooms there. You had to get the key from the restaurant, but it wasn't a problem at all.

I haven't been there yet but I am planning on doing this also on our LOS cruise in April. From what I have read, there is a bar,restaurant called the Lazy Lizard right at the split that has a bathroom. Please let us know how your day at Caye Caulker was when you get back.

The Lazy Lizard at the split has a rest room. Might want to bring a roll of tp just in case
