Carnival Pride - Cabin(s) 5166 & 5168

Just booked our first cruise for next year on the Pride out of Baltimore. We have adjoining "obstructed" view cabins 5166 & 5168. Not concerned about the obstructed part - you just can't see below the balcony.

Has anyone have info to share on these cabins and/or had these cabins before? Noise? Etc...

Thanks much and looking forward to our first cruise w/our kids!

We just got off the pride Nov. 8th. We booked a Balcony Gty and were very happy with our cabin 6132. It was a connecting cabin and we had wonderful neighbors that our room connected with.

Can't answer for your exact cabin but will say the Pride is a Great ship and you're whole family will just love it.

I did post pictures of it in the carnival forum under "Carries review of the Pride Nassau, freeport and port canaveral Nov. 1, 2009. Take a peek if you'd like.

Have a great cruise.

7A balconies are obstructed but I see these connecting cabins are between lifeboats. good choice.

How old are the kids in the other cabin.?

You might consider---

The best balcony for 4 people 6232 The balcony is HUGE and the savings for 4 in this room might be very considerable

Thanks for the info. Serene! That is a huge balcony. We were originally going to put 4 to a cabin, but it just seems a little tight. Our girls will be 14 & 10 when we cruise.

The obstructed view cabins still have a great view (from the pictures I've seen from other people and seeing the ship in port). While you can't look directly down, you can see straight out and side-to-side.
