Sky Safari's Cancels Zip Line for Nov

I booked directly with Sky Safari for the zipline and this morning received an email stating they are having problems with one of their ziplines and are closing for the rest of the month and will cancel all reservations!!!! Anyone else hear this?

I called this morning to confirm our plans and there was a recording stating that they were closed down until further notice. Hope it is not too long.

I guess by now you've read the other thread about the accident with their equipment that left a man dangling, injured and needing to pull his way back?

Surely that is the reason why they are closed.

Yeah, it would be good for those of us that are interested in zipling in St. Kitts to know what is going on.

I did send an email to Sky Safari to find out if anything happened a few weeks ago and to get their side of the story. I am waiting for the Sky Safari to email me regarding anything that may have happened that may have not made it to the newspapers, etc. It just seems odd that there have been people stating that a man was hurt and that RCI gave people their money back that wittnessed the accident. Then the zipline happened to be closed for maintenance after that. Maybe it was a coincidence, but I would rather wait to find out before I book this tour.
