You can rent them off Sheraton Beach (you need a day pass to get onto the beach). or at Cabbage Beach on Paradise Island.

 

I don't recommend it. there are major accidents here on a regular basis. Some fatal, and the independent vendors are not insured and they are ripping people off with no recourse.

 

The cost is usually around $65 for 30 minutes. But they call you in after 15 or 20.. so beware.

 

You have to be 18 to ride a jetski in the bahamas.

 

BTW.. the gov't is trying to shut down these vendors for their careless and reckless behaviour.

oh my goodness - Thank you so much for the info! My hubby and son and I were thinking about doing it but we will just find something else to do! :)
