We occupied cabin 10087 on Poesia on the recent Transatlantic. We would like to express our gratitude to the kind folks who had that cabin on the subsequent Caribean cruise, found the car key we had forgotten, and turned it in to MSC, as well as to MSC, which took the trouble to establish who had occupied that cabin on the previous voyage, to call us up, and to inform us that they were sending us the key. Whatever else may be said about MSC in these columns, THAT is superior customer service!
