Does the dawn have a concierge lounge? If so, who has access to the lounge and what is offered there?

The concierge lounge is concierge or asst. concierge sitting in the Star Bar, next to the piano, in the mornings.;)

 

Suite pax, AE & higher, have access. The services are the same services the concierge would offer throughout the cruise, only in-person.

If you're referring to the concierge lounge that Royal Caribbean offers, no, the Dawn does not have a lounge. It has a concierge (person) for suite passengers (AE and above). He/She will make restaurant reservations, provide priority tender tickets, take care of excursions, etc. Anshuman was wonderful for our Dawn cruise last June!
